Building Bridges Between African Talent & Global Employers
WorkBridge Africa is an international workforce consultancy. We source, screen, and recommend qualified professionals from Africa to reputable employers in Turkey, Russia, and across Europe. We recommend — the employer decides.

International Workforce Consultancy
WorkBridge Africa is an international workforce consultancy that coordinates candidate sourcing, legal verification, employer matching, and placement support. We recommend suitable candidates to employers, but the final hiring decision always belongs to the employer.
Our candidate pool comes primarily from Nigeria and Ghana, and we place professionals across high-demand sectors including hospitality, construction, restaurants, agriculture, and tourism in Turkey, Russia, and Europe.
Every candidate goes through a multi-stage screening process including background checks, reference validation, skills assessment, and a guarantor/surety system — coordinated with our legal partner. This ensures that only vetted and committed professionals are recommended to employers. The employer makes the final selection and assumes all legal employment responsibilities in their country of operation.
How We Operate
WorkBridge Africa operates through a coordinated structure of international partners, ensuring legal compliance, quality control, and end-to-end support.
Turquaz Group
Turkey, Russia & Europe Coordination
The entire Turkey, Russia, and Europe coordination is managed by Turquaz Group. As an international workforce consultancy, Turquaz Group handles candidate sourcing, pre-screening, guarantor system coordination, employer interview organization, and end-to-end process coordination for placements across these regions.
Turquaz Group operates strictly as an intermediary consultancy. We recommend suitable candidates, but the final hiring decision always belongs to the employer. The employer assumes all legal responsibilities for the personnel they hire in their country of operation, including work permits, social security, and payroll.
Kislaw Attorneys
Legal Verification & Compliance Partner
All legal processes, background checks, and candidate verification are handled by our official legal partner — Kislaw Attorneys, based in Lagos, Nigeria. Kislaw oversees identity verification, criminal background checks, reference validation, document authentication, and the guarantor/surety system.
Candidates who fail the legal verification stage will not proceed. This process ensures that only reliable, disciplined, and legally compliant candidates are presented to international employers. Kislaw also provides ongoing legal support throughout the placement process.

Screening & Shortlisting
Your CV is scored based on relevant experience, hospitality/sector background, language proficiency, and reference quality. Candidates with international hotel or high-standard experience are prioritized.
Legal Verification by Kislaw

Guarantor / Surety System
You must provide a guarantor with verifiable financial standing. The guarantor co-signs the agreement and accepts shared responsibility if the contract is violated.
Employer Interview
Final video interview with the employer. The employer makes the hiring decision. This is your chance to showcase skills and cultural readiness.
Work Permit, Travel & Placement
Upon selection, work permit processing begins under employer sponsorship. Travel and onboarding arrangements are finalized. You start your new career legally and with full support.
For Employers

Receive Shortlisted Candidates
We prepare a shortlist of pre-screened, reference-checked, and legally verified candidates matching your specific requirements.
Online Interview
You interview the candidates via video call. You ask your questions and make the final selection. The hiring decision is always yours.
Legal & Guarantor Check
For selected candidates, Kislaw completes identity, criminal record, and guarantor verification. Only approved candidates proceed.
