Step 2: Candidate Sourcing & Screening

Our team in Nigeria and Ghana activates our talent network. We:

• Screen candidates based on experience, skills, and qualifications
• Conduct CV scoring and initial interviews
• Verify employment history and references
• Prepare shortlisted candidate profiles for the employer

Step 3: Legal Verification

All shortlisted candidates undergo verification by Anthony Airewele & Co (our legal partner in Nigeria):

• Identity verification (passport, national ID)
• Criminal background check
• Reference validation from previous employers
• Guarantor system activation

Step 4: Employer Interview

The employer conducts online video interviews with shortlisted candidates. The employer makes the final hiring decision — WorkBridge presents candidates but never forces a selection.
